Dear All,
Greetings!
can you please provide the brief explanation regarding ESI and EPF Salary components, what are the wage components can be calculated for ESI and EPF (Minimum to Maximum amount) and which component will come under tax. and what is the tax percentage. please guide on this.

ESI is Applicable Gross salary ceiling limit Upto Rs.21000/- employee share 1.75% and employers share 4.75% .
PF is applicable Upto Rs.15000/- Basic +DA, Employee share 12%, out of which 8.33% for pension and 3.67% on PF.
Employers share 12% +1.36 towards Administrative and other chgs.

CA-1600 PM, MA-1250 PM is not taxable FA Sodexo-2600 PM is not taxable.
