31 October 2011 while uploading form no. 18, an error is occurring mentioning that please ensure that district selected is as per proposed roc or new roc... i have selected pune as district and roc as mumbai... then why such error is ocurring....

31 October 2011 ROC has an office at PUNE. It is at Pune PMT Building, 3rd Floor, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune-4.

Pl check whether the company will come under ROC Pune, then act accordingly.

This can also be checked in the Certificate of Incorporation by seeing the designation of the signatory of the said certificate.
