Error in return filling

Dear sir
i was file the it return a.y. 2012-13 with wrong tan no of company, the department send the demand notice of same amount of tds,
i retify this through online rectification request process, but the department send me the reminder demand note of same amount which was deducted by company.

Check 26AS as your TDS is reflected or not
if 26AS shows the TDS, then check your rectification status by log in to efilling site
