ERROR IN PRESCRUTINY OF FORM 23B

13 November 2009 A NEW COMPANY HAS BEEN REGISTERED ON 28-08-2008. FOR WHICH FROM THE DATE OF REGISTRATION WE HAVE NOT FILED ANY FORMS SUCH AS FORM 20B OR 23ACA OR 23AC.

NOW WE WANT TO FILE FORM 23B FOR THE CURRENT YEAR i.e., 1-4-2009 TO 31-03-2010.

WE HAVE DOWNLOADED FORM 23B AND FILLED THE FORM AND GOT IT SIGNED BY CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT AND WHEN WE ARE TRYING TO "PRESCRUTINIZE" THE FORM, ERROR MESSAGE IS COMING AS GIVEN BELOW:

"You have Prescrutinized / Filed other STP Forms with different financial year date or you have not prescrutinize this Form. In view of this, this form needs to be prescrutinized again before uploading."

13 November 2009 there could be some techinal error at mca site at the time of prescruitiny, try it one more time by again login at mca site.

13 November 2009 MORNING ALSO I HAVE TRIED TWICE AND I GOT THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE.

JUST NOW I HAVE TRIED TO PRESCRUTINIZE NOW ALSO I GOT THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE

13 November 2009 Just check whether you have not prescrutined any of the other forms such as 20B or 23AC. If the date of AGM differs then the same will not be prescrutinize.

If this does not solve the problem then download a new form from MCA and fill it again. It will get solved.

13 November 2009 Yes Mr.Maheswari is right. I also experienced such difficulty in certain other forms. I used to delete the form and start afresh resulting to upload it successfully.
