E return compulsory for Individual assessee audit case as per notification 49/2010 dtd. 09/07/2010 for AY 2010.11. Now if a paper return filed before 9/7/2010? is it a valid one? or the assessee has to file a e return again??

IF SOME ONE HAS ALREADY FILED RETURN BEFORE THE NOTIFICATION THEN IT WILL BE TREATED AS VALID RETURN.
