THIS IS A MONTHLY RETURN AND IT IS FILED ON LINE AFTER CROSSING THE DUTY PAYMENT OF rS. ONE CRORE EITHER THROUGH P.L.A. OR THROUGH CENVAT A/C. THE DETAILS OF PURCHASE AND CONSUMPTION OF PRINCIPAL INPUTS / RAW MATERIALS AND PRODUCTION OF FINISHED GOODS AND SCRAP SOLD ARE SHOWN IN ER-6 RETURN.
PRINCIPAL INPUT MEANS 10% AND ABOVE OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF PURCHASED INPUTS.
