29 December 2015 Respected all,
In a case where they files ER-3 (Quarterly Return).
Now they want to change the data of production which they filed in earlier return.

My query is what to do now, to incorporate the new production data.

SInce No revision is permissible,

SImple letter to be submitted in department or any other compliance to be done ????

29 December 2015 you can rectified in current month return. suppose last month your actual production was 100 but by mistak you show 90.there is mistak of 10..you can add 10 along with current month production.
