Er - 2 online filing

Dear Sir,
I've newly registered for online filing of our ER-2 Returns. But unfortunately in the Sl. No. 7 DETAILS OF DUTY FREE CAPTIAL GOODS RECEIVED BY THE UNIT.is showing Nil for Opening Balance though we got the approval for some crores and also its not in edit mode.
I am doing my NIL return hence selected NIL Option in the first page.
Please help me to file my ER-2 for past 4 months.

visit the R/O with request to update the records of department, submit your records copy for their convenience, they will rectify the opening balance and the returns also.
