We have started new 100%EOU unit in Maharashtra. We have dispatch material against CT-3 (without payment of Duty) in Maharashtra.
I have face problem in efilling of ER-2. The queries are as follws :
I Want to know under which para (Para 6.8 or Para 6.9 of FTP) and under which Excise (EOU) notification or circular goods cleared.
Please guide me.

But I have knew about procedure of efilling of ER-2. I have problem in fill up & submit of ER-2.
I want know about para 6.8 & Para 6.9 of FTP (Foreign Trade Policy).
We have 100% EOU Unit in Maharashta. We have sale our material without payment of Excise Duty against CT-3 Form to another EOU Unit in Maharashtra. I want to Know under which para/circular/notification these goods cleared. I have to fill the circular/para no. in ER-2.
