Are emplyees having salary more than rs.6500 not liable for epf deduction?

If the employee having basic less than Rs.6500 is mandatory applicability, those having more than Rs,6500 basic having 3 options
1. He can opt donot want PF ( Provided they are not member in PF earlier)
2. Opt to for PF on actual basic
3, Opt for PF only on Rs.6500 basic (irrespect of actual basic)

1st salary more than 6500 is not liable to EPF. if after increment salary increase more than 6500 then EPF applicable.
