15 March 2010 1.what is the last date of depositing EPF.
2.while auditing the challans of EPF which date should we consider the date on which challan has been presented in bank or the date on which chq. clears because the concerned bank has issued two challans in present case. the one challan has been dated on which challan has been presented in bank and the other one dated on which chq clears.

15 March 2010 last date of EPF Deposite 20th of next month encluding 5 days grace peroid. dan date of presentation is deposite date. because assessee paid on that date.
