08 April 2011 Dear Sir, M a garment manufacturer from bangalore. I have started a new factory for which i have ordered new machinery to be imported. I have also applied for EPCG against the machinery. The epcg people is asking for appendix 26 as i have made some direct export sale, deemed export sale and domestic sale also. Now the issue is my auditor says Appendix 26 is applicable for people who make 100 % exports only, my auditor is not willing to sign the appendix 26 as we make both export and domestic sale. Kindly let me know whether my auditor is right or not. If he is right then will there be any problem in the claim i take through EPCG

Appendix-26A, is require after issued the licence at the time of Redemption the licence.

if you export to domestic sales bank certificate will be same of appendix-22B, IF YOU DONE DIRECT EXPORT appendix-22A, (NOT SIGNED BY CA, BANK AND DIRECTOR WILL SIGN IT )

08 April 2011 please noted that as per current foreign trade policy mentioned that appendix-26 is be given in concerned RLA at the time of issuance of EPCG licence.

THIS IS GIVEN BY GENERAL EXPORTER NOT BY 100% EOU , PLEASE DISCUSS ON POINT NO.(III) OF APPENDIX-26 WHERE IS WRITTEN 100% EOU ????

PLEASE ASK CA , POINT NO. VII(APPENDIX-26) WE WILL BE MENTIONED 3 YEARS EXPORT TURNOVER WHERE IS WRITTEN IN FORMT, THAT IT IS FOR 100% EOU?

PLEASE NOTED THAT YOU CAN NOT MENTIONED DOMESTIC TURNOVER.
