I WANT TO APPLY FOR MANDATORY MVAT REGISTRATION.

I DONOT HAVE AN SBI ACCOUNT, IS IT MANDATORY TO HAVE SBI ACCOUNT OR THE PAYMENT CAN BE MADE THROUGH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD AS WELL?
