Entitlement to engage article

Hi,
Last month I took COP from ICAI. Currently practicing in my own name.
I would like to know that whether I can engage an article under me. I am not clear with the term "continuous practice" used in regulation 43.
And would also like to know that if I am eligible to engage an article, then under what sub-rule of regulation 43 I can engage him.

Dear Rupesh,
Dont take it in a wrong way, but atleast when you are adding to a post which has already been correctly answered, provide reason for dissenting. Please refer Table I (category I) under regulation 43 of ICAI Regulations 1988. (page 77). During first three years of practice, you are entitled to train 1 intern.
