Quick Summary
This discussion addresses how a private limited company can manage shares belonging to shareholders who have been untraceable for 15 years. The recommended solution is to transfer these shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). The process involves debiting the share capital account and crediting the IEPF account, which will reduce the company's share capital.
