Employers address on form 16a

We got our address changed in TAN (by filing Form 49B - correction)on 23rd Jan, 2014.

If we download 16A for Q3 from TRACES now, it will reflect old address of the organisation. Should we download it with old address (since last date for issue of 16A for Q3 is 30th Jan - otherwise there is a penalty for late download)

or

Should we wait for address update and then download 16A for Q3.

Address on TDS Certificate form 16A will be taken on the basis of TDS Returns filed by for respective period for which you are downloading the form 16A. If old address was mentioned in TDS Return then the same will appear on form 16A too.
You should download the form 16A with whatever address is appearing as non-updation of address is not an excuse for non-compliance of the said provision. Another thing as you have already filed form 49B, you can take a stand that you ha applied for correction.
Another thing you can do is go to the following link and check your latest address registered in their database.

24 January 2014 please download 16A.
address change is not a big issue. income tax work on TAN and PAN.
So if TAN and PAN is ok there will not be any issue or problem.
