my queries are
1. what is the percentage of employer's contribution to P F?
2. Is it mandatory for all companies?
3. Can employer allocate a portion of P F towards Pension scheme?

24 November 2015 1 It is 12%.
2 Yes it is mandatory for all companies on all employees covered under PF.
3 As per PF/pension regulation a portion of employer contribution is allocated towards pension scheme.
