Dear sir.
My father is retired salaried employee (a teacher) the employer did not deducted tds for 2014-15 AY. We received notice from department. How to pay tax now? Rs. 910 unpaid.
Plz give steps. Which website? Which form to select. And can I know total liability how much to pay if there is interest. Plz reply. Thanks in advanc.

You can pay online Challan 280, pay using code 400 TAX on regular assessment quoting your PAN and Correct assessment year.

Sir how to know if there is interest due or not? Will I get how much liability is pending? Notice contain TDS of rs. 910 is pending, so shuld I pay only this amount or should I pay some more amount towards interest?

You get register your father's PAN at https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and check for compliance.
You may pay tax online at https://onlineservices.tin.egov-nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp using challan No. 280 and code 400 as advised by expert Mr. Kaviraja Addangadi.

it is better to pay additional amount along with Rs.910/- from the date of demand determined to till the date of payment Interest will be calculated.if you pay exact amount you will get one more demand notice to pay interest amount..
