03 February 2016 My sister was working in a co in ggn where her pf was deducting. she worked there for 3 months now she has switched over in an org where pf is not there.
Whether she can claim pf amount which was deposited by previous organisation???

05 February 2016 She can withdraw the PF amount by submitting the prescribed form. Online withdrawal of amount might also be available.

05 February 2016 There is no restrictions on withdrawal of PF before completing 5 years. The amount received will be taxable to a certain extent
