An employee who had left one organization on 31/08/2013 and join the Sister concern of that organisation on 01/09/2013 having same Address of Head office as of earlier organisation. Is there any procedure that employee can withdraw his pf amount in this situation?

yes. he is eligible for withdraw with filling PF withdrawal form 19 & 10C
