23 December 2013 Dear Sir,

I just want to ask a question:

What is the procedures for an withdrawal of pf when an employee tfr to sister concern of the existing co. simultaneously without giving gap of 2 months?

23 December 2013 Hi

Since you are still in services you can not withdraw fund from PF legally however any time after two months of leaving job you can apply for withdrawals with PF stating you are not working anywhere/or where you are working no PF is deducted from your salary

23 December 2013 An employee who had left one organization on 31/08/2013 and join the Sister concern of that organisation on 01/09/2013 having same Address of Head office as of earlier organisation.

Is there any procedure that employee can withdraw his pf amount in this situation?
