Email id in microsoft outlook

30 May 2009 In the company I work for all employees email id can be accessed by clicking on" To: " button and searching the name in drop down box. If once a mail is sent to a person, then next time as soon as i enter first few letters of his/her name the entire email id pops up for selection.

My problem:

I have been sending email to external parties who are not employees of the company. Their email also pops up like other employees id once initially if the email id is typed fully and mail sent. to them. Now sometimes these external people email id.s undergo slight change in which case I am getting 2 email ids of the same person which are slightly different. To avoid confusion I want to delete the one which is no more used by this external party. How to delete email id so that it does not pop up anymore while typing email id?

16 May 2012 When you send mail to an e-mail id, the e-mail id is automatically stored in the address book.

Delete the e-mail id from the address book.
