Eligibility to appear for final ca after clearing ipcc

12 September 2013 There is a student who has cleared IPCC Group 1 in November 2010 and started Articleship in February 2011. He cleared IPCC Group 2 in May 2013, results of which were declared in August 2013. Is that student eligible to appear for Final CA November 2013 attempt?

Hi

There is no time gap is specified for final registration. You should have a valid final registration number at the time of filing of Final examination form with Institute.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

Yes, you can appear in Nov, 2013 attempt.
