I have cleared Group- I in intermediate of Institute of Chartered Accountants Examination in May 1994.

Due to some domestic reasons I am not able to give further attempts.

Presently I want to continue the course. Am I eligible to give further attempts under the new scheme.

Is there any transition scheme.

Kindly let me know the same.

10 September 2009 I had cleared Group-I in intermediate under old syllabus (Paragraph 2 of Schedule B comprising for 4 papers a) Accounting, b) Accounting & Elements of Income tax c) Cost Accounting d) Auditing in May 1994.

Kindly clarify whether I get the exemption from the papers which I cleared in Group-I under the new scheme.
