29 September 2013 sir I registered for articleship on 31-10-2012 but I got transferred from first principal on 26-9-13 In transfer form i.e,108 first principal stated that total leave taken is 50 days..Am I still eligible for May 2015 final exam.From here Onwards I will work regularly & I will see that my leaves doesn't crosses 100 days till may 2015 Am I still eligible for may 2015 exam whether yes or no?Please give the answer in Yes or No form

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

Your 30 months is extended beyond May, 2015, so u will not be eligible for May 2015 attempt.
