I have called bm to increase capital & decided to call egm next following day. How we can take consent of shareholders for shorter notice & mode of issue notice of EGM

If AOA permits you can do that for shorter Notice or Approval of Share holders for shorter notice... Either way you can do it

In the EGM itself take consent of all the shareholders for shorter notice EGM. Get form 22A for shorter notice signed from all the shareholders.
