After receiving registration certificate,what should I do for efiling first time of service tax return???

1. Obtain userid and password from department.
2. Log on to www.aces.gov.in
3. Go to 'RET'. Download excel utility of ST-3.
4. Fill up sheet by sheet, validate, convet to XML and submit the form electronically.
