Whether efiling of return is complusory for all for sept qtr 10

Not mandatory for all vide Notification no.1/2010 dated 19/02/2010.

Only if service tax paid is more than Rs. 10 lakhs in F. Y. 2009 - 10 u are liable for efiling of service tax return.
