I file online IT Returns of my various clients numbering approx. 200 with my email address. Is it illegal ? Or If I may face some problems in future.

If your clients are genuine, no problem will be there. All the CAs are doing this type of work. It is not illegal as you are doing a work towards building the "Nation".
