Can I upload Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account after uploading ITR 6 for A Y 14-15 ?

Balance Sheet and Profit and loss account not required to be uploaded with ITR6. It is required to be uploaded with Tax Audit Report.
Now the due date for both is 30.11.2014 so first file Tax Audit Return and then ITR6. 234A will be applicable in case ITR filed after 30.09.2014.

As due date to file Income tax return is extended,
it is mandatory that first tax audit report required to uploaded and approved by client
