05 June 2014 If your income before claiming chapterVI deductions not exceeds maximum amount not chargeable to tax ,,it is not mandatory to file return

05 June 2014 y friend whose salary is 7000 per month wants to get itr for the last 3 previous years...(working at a local shop) and 3000 commission income wants to get a loan frm bnk is it sufficient to file this information online?

06 June 2014 you cannot file for last 3 years. Just for last 2 years. FY 2012-13 and FY 2013-14.

06 June 2014 For A.Y.2012-13 time limit to file return expired so cant file return with 139(1) and belated return

But if u try with 142(1) return will get uploaded and acknowledgement will be generated..But it is u to decide whether to file return with this section or not
