14 March 2014 Sir please any one can tell me that i have an educational society Whose profit is RS.1500000 & total expenses are 2000000 & income is 4500000. I have to file its itr.
1. Under which section i have to write its audit report.
2. under which head i have to put its income.
3. how to file it

18 March 2014 1. If the society is claiming exemption u/s 11 & 12 then audit report is to be furnished in Form 10B.

2. Income from other sources.

3. ITR 7 is to be filed.
