Educational institution for increase in set apart amount

I want to know whether it is possible to increase set apart amount of previous assessment years as Assessing Officer wants to tax unused corpus from more than 5 years and we want to increase set apart. Please help.

Seems no provision for extension of time in rule 17(1) and in form 9A.

Thanks for your feed back sir but I read case of Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Vs Deptt of IT dtd 30.4.2015 in which judgement was in favour of assessee.
