In the Interim Budget 2014-15,the then Fin. Minister Mr. Chidambaram announced a moratorium period for all education loans taken up to March 31, 2009, and outstandings as of March 31, 2013.
Is this announcement is followed in Banks???

yes. it is followed by banks....if your bank is not following the same, you can raise complaint with ombudsman..
