03 March 2011 Supposed we are X situated in Mumbai mahaharashtra , we recd order from Z situated in Nagpur Maharashtra, we require to desptch the goods Out-N-Out basis (Sales in Transit) from Y situated in Chennai to Z in Nagpur (Interstate Transaction).

In this case i understand that Y supposed to bill X releasing with E1 form with charging 2% CST and on the same X suppose to bill Z charging Nil CST against form C

Can this transaction shall complete for the E1 base ?

04 March 2011 yes but the subsequent sales by X should be by written endorsement on the GR in favour of Z and subsequent sales by X to Z should happen before the movement of goods ends between Chennai to Nagpur.
