07 June 2013 hello experts, i want to make an e1 sale. in this transaction the manufacturer is in mumbai, i will be the trader in coimbatore and my buyer is in hyderabad. i have the flwg clarification :
1) in the invoice issued by manufacturer do i mentioned myself as buyer and hyderabad party as consignee?
2) what documents will the supplier (mumbai) send with the trucks?
3) is there any way in which my price of purchase (from mumbai party) will not be known to my buyer (hyderabad party?

your advise will be highly appreciated and also i am looking for a consultant for this matter.

07 June 2013 if you do not want to disclose the price:-

1. Do send goods from Mumbai to Hyd. through Challan -(give approx value of goods on it)

2. mumbai party will send invoice in Coimbatore party name.

3. Coimbatore party issue invoice to HYd party.

Now HYd party give C form and E-1 form to Coimbatore party

07 June 2013 E1 form is to be given by the manufacturer to the coimbatore seller,who will also issue a C form to Mumbai dealer...mjk

07 June 2013 Also here the qty per transaction will be 10 tons. In such a case will delivery challan me acceptable

08 June 2013 A transaction of sale can be loaded in many trucks. Only you have to issue sepearte delivery challans(official like Form 505 in Karnataka,Form 38 in UP etc) for each vehicle,the total quantity being equal to the invoiced goods.Copies of invoice to be accowith each vehicle...mjk

10 June 2013 dear mr.mjk, in your previous response you mentioned "Copies of invoice to be accompanied with each vehicle". but in your first reply you have said we can despatch against challan. I'm a little confused if the invoice (with actual purchase value) has to be sent with the truck.

also my supplier is from mh and buyer is from ap. so the challan has to be of mh or ap?
