21 January 2015 one of my client has purchased goods within the state but the supplier has made invoice of CST 2% as the goods are transferred to the other state to the final consignee directly
but on the invoice there is the name of my client and on the consignee's name the name of interstate dealer is there. So kindly tell
me now which form my client has to issue to the supplier or the interstate dealer

21 January 2015 Dear Sir,

1. As per my knowledge, out of three parites one should be Interstate movement of goods. OK Fine.

2. But, the first supplier may not be aware that the goods going to other parties ie., Outside the State at the time of delivering the goods.

3. While the material in Transit, your client suppose to approach the transporter to redirect the vehicle to other state wherein the end user.

vendor sell the goods when goods out side state in transit and vendor sell the goods to you.
