31 December 2018 We sending materials to same party ( Say M/s XYZ) and same truck, but we raised 4th invoice Rs 20,000/- for different date each. Now question is should we generate E waybill. Each invoice individually is less than threshold limit of Rs.50,000/- but overall it cross Rs 50,000/-

31 December 2018 Yes you have to make eway bill since consolidated supply to one party and through one truck exceeds Rs 50000/-.
You can make use of consolidated e-way bill facility on e-way bill portal.
