Has the due date for filing of etds return for q4 extended or is it still 15th May?

Refer notification number 30/2016 dated 29/04/2016:
New Due dates for submission of TDS return:
Quarter ended 30th June - 31st July
Quarter ended 30th September - 31st October
Quarter ended 31st December - 31st January
Quarter ended 31st March - 31st May
But for 4th Quarter TDS return of FY 2015-16 due date remains 15th May 2016. New due dates applicable from returns of FY 2016-17 onward.

Quarter ended 31st December - 31st January
Quarter ended 31st March - 31st May

at present tds return of IVqtr of 2015-16 is 15.5.2016.
