is there one day extension for e-payment of TDS? i mean 8th of following month...

There are no provision in law, but as per general clause if 7th is sunday/holiday than tax to be paid on 8th.

No only then when 7th is Sunday/Holiday. But as net banking works on Sunday also so try to submit it till 7th
