since e-payment is mandatory for co. so if a co deposit the TDS challan manually in a bank and bank deposits the challan by e-payment. then in this case, shall thus paid be deemed as e-payment or not?

There will be no problem. Even if the tax is deposited by manual challans, no action is taken as long as tax is received by the Government.

e-payment is way to pay taxes. if the taxes is paid manually, taxpayer can not be penalised. E-payment is made mandatory to facilitate digitalization of government works and part of e-Govenance
