Whether e invoice should be generated for NIL Rated Export Invoice under LUT and B2C Supplies ?

Yes, Exporters need to generate an e-invoice for NIL-rated supplies under LUT and obtain an Invoice Reference Number (IRN).
E-invoicing is not mandatory for B2C supplies, regardless of the invoice value. However, if a B2C supplier voluntarily generates an e-invoice, they must obtain an IRN.
