21 July 2024 It seems like you have taken several steps to troubleshoot the issue with uploading e-forms through the MCA21 portal but are still encountering the "Your session has expired" message. Here are a few additional suggestions and insights that might help resolve the problem:

1. **Browser Compatibility:** Ensure that you are using a compatible browser and that it is updated to the latest version. MCA21 portal typically works best with Internet Explorer (IE) versions 7 and above, and sometimes with Mozilla Firefox.

2. **Security Settings:** Check your browser's security settings. Sometimes, overly strict security settings can interfere with the portal's functionality. You may need to lower the security settings temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.

3. **Java Runtime Environment (JRE):** The MCA21 portal uses Java applets for certain functionalities. Ensure that you have the latest version of Java installed on your computer. You can download it from the official Java website.

4. **Firewall and Antivirus:** Sometimes, firewall settings or antivirus software can block certain elements of websites, including Java applets used by the MCA21 portal. Temporarily disable these protections (if possible) to see if it allows you to proceed with the form upload.

5. **System Updates:** Ensure that your Windows XP operating system has all the latest updates installed, including Service Pack 3 and other critical updates. An outdated operating system might not fully support the latest web technologies required by the MCA21 portal.

6. **Clear Cache and Cookies:** Even though you've already done this, it's good practice to clear your browser's cache and cookies again before attempting to upload the e-forms.

7. **Network Stability:** Sometimes, issues with network stability or bandwidth can cause session timeouts. Ensure that your internet connection is stable and has sufficient bandwidth to handle uploads.

8. **Contact Helpdesk:** Since you mentioned that you used the help desk facility at ROC and were able to upload the forms successfully, it might be worth reaching out to them again for more specific guidance tailored to your situation. They may have insights into common issues with the MCA21 portal that affect specific configurations or browsers.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, consider consulting with a local IT professional who can assess your computer's configuration and provide further assistance. They can offer tailored solutions based on the specifics of your setup and the requirements of the MCA21 portal.
