MERE UNCLE KA TDS REFUND A Y 2015-16 I T RETURN FILE KARNA HAI.
BUT UNKE PASS EVC GENERATE KARNE K LIYE ADHAR NO. AND NET BANKING DONO
NAHI HAI. KYA MAI APNE NET BANKING SE EVC GENERATE KAR SAKTA HOO? AGAR YES
TO AISE KITNE LOGO KA EVC GENERATE KAR SAKTA HOO. AUR EVC GENERATE KARNE
PER MERI RESPONSIBILITY KYA HOGI?

01 February 2016 Not possible to generate EVC other than assesse netbanking account.

However you have 2 other choices where,
1)EVC is generated after demat account authentication using demat details registered with NSDL/CSDL
2)EVC can be generated by giving bank details to efiling website.(this is easy for all)
(a)The e-filing website of the Income Tax department will now provide a facility to pre-validate bank account details in the “profile setting” menu of the e-filing account.
(b)The taxpayer will have to provide bank account number,IFSC code, email id and mobile number. These details, along with the Permanent Account Number (PAN) and name as per the efiling database, will be validated against the details of the taxpayer registered with the bank.
(c)If the pre-validation is successfully completed, the taxpayer can opt for Generate EVC using bank account details option while verifying the income tax return.
(d)The generated EVC will be sent by the e-filing portal to the taxpayer‘s email ID and/or mobile number as verified from bank.
