As Per the nex income tax rules all companies are required to mandatorily filled return with digital signature
But for my company its first year and in the site i am not able to register DSc
it is saying that for first year we have to send ITR V
Kindly help

I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THEM
THEY SAID SOME SYSTEM UPGRADING IS GOING ON AND WE WILL BE ABLE TO DO THAT AFTER 1ST AUGUST 2010

Yes i had also spoken to them on the issue today itself and got the same reply by mid August they would be able to do so.
