My Annual salary for financial year 2012-13 was less than 4 Lacs. Is it mandatory for me to file return ?

Incase of taxable income Rs. 5 lakh or more then efiling mandatory. so incase your only income Salary Rs.4 lakh, you are not come under the efiling category. how ever suggested to filling to faster process of the returns and refund if any
