E-filing time barred for f.y 2011-12

If for a pvt ltd company the IT return for F.Y 11-12 is not filed uptill now. It is electronically time barred now. So what is to be done in order to file this return since e-filing is compulsory for compnaies. Please suggest a solution asap.

01. The solution is to write a letter to dept asking for the permission to file the same. The dept has the rights to ENABLE a particular login id to file the earlier I T returns.
02. Some people click on return u/s 142, so it gets uploaded. (Well this is not the solution.....this is how some people do it)

1)Not possible to file return online except as per suggestion of above expert in sl.no.2 .
