Fees have already been paid at the time of first e-filing.

09 November 2010 If the e-forms are approved by the MCA portal, there is no provision to revise / resubmit the same again.

09 November 2010 YOU CAN FILE THE FORM AGAIN AND YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT THE FEES AGAIN THEN LAST FILED FORM WILL BE CONSIDERED SO U CAN REVISE UR 23 AC AND ACA

Please let me know whether the MCA portal will accept the re-filing of the 23AC and 23ACA for the same year again, if the filing fees are paid again.

Also please let me know whether both the forms will be reflected in the portal.

10 November 2010 Approved means: Once the Status of the Form Filed is shown as "Approved" in the Track Transaction Status area
