28 September 2013 can someone provide the procedure for e-filing of income tax return manually without any software.

29 September 2013 you can download the relevant ITR forms from the Income tax website and fill and submit to your Income tax circle, but incase you are covered under mandatory efilling category, they will not accept the manual return
