E-filing of form mgt-14 for alteration of object clause

I have filed e-form MGT-14 for alteration of object clause and the same has been approved but the certificate registering the SR has not been provided.

Kindly guide me in respect of this matter.

08 May 2014 I think if form MGT-14 has been approved, that is ok. Certificate is not required.

13 May 2014 Yes Sir, But earlier they had provided the certificate for registering the SR. So, I just want to know whether the requirement of providing the certificate has been dispensed with under the new companies act, 2013?
