E-filing of form mgt-14 for alteration of object clause

Sir,
I have filed e-form MGT-14 for alteration of object clause and the same has been approved but the certificate registering the SR has not been provided.
Kindly guide me in respect of this matter.

I think if form MGT-14 has been approved, that is ok. Certificate is not required.

Yes Sir, But earlier they had provided the certificate for registering the SR. So, I just want to know whether the requirement of providing the certificate has been dispensed with under the new companies act, 2013?
